Though I do not participate in traditional social media, I do want friends, family and colleagues to have a way to keep up with me online. To that end I am offering this website.

I am attempting to bring back the spirit of the internet of the 1990’s. Back then I had my Geocities page and an animated poetry website, and I talked into the night on internet relay chat with interesting people across the globe. That old internet was an honest attempt at reaching out across the world to truly connect with people. I feel like the replacement for that internet is based in advertisement and self-gratification. I want that warts=and=all internet back. Hopefully, I’m not the only one.

In the beginning, this site is primarily addressing some of my current health concerns, but I’m going to transition it into more of a hiking, food and life-transformation blog in the coming months.
